Shop Assembly
TEFCO’s facility is well equipment and has a skilled work force that is available for assembly of mechanical and rotating equipment shipped to Saudi Arabia in a "knocked down" condition. This work is undertaken either independently as part of a project undertaken by TEFCO exclusively, or under the supervision of the equipment manufacturers representative on those occasions when a collaboration is entered into. Equipment considered is such as vessels with moving parts, skid assemblies, pumping sets, generating sets, turbines, etc.

Site Erection
TEFCO undertakes Site Erection works from site clearance and preparation inclusive of erection.

Maintenance
Under one roof, TEFCO undertakes strip-down, inspection and overhauling including supply of replacement parts and / or fabrication of replacement parts in for mechanical equipments and components. 

Scope and range
Assembly, erection and maintenance is undertaken on such as pumps, agitators, lifting equipment, engines, compressors, turbines, conveyors. A balancing facility is available for static and dynamic balancing plus a 10 metre long lathe is available to handle shafts and other large items of up to 20 tonnes weight.

Codes
Due to the diverse nature of the work, and the many different applicable codes TEFCO, through its connections will research and apply specific codes as required by the particular work scope. The international standards for such as weld configuration, welding standards, surface preparation and painting are applied where appropriate.
